Has your vision been receding? Do they feel tired and sore by the end of the day? Then it's time for an eye doctor visit. Everyones eyes should be checked every 12 months. If you have eye problems and they go uncorrected the problems will only progress. If you have a vision fault and wear corrective contact lenses or glasses that are no longer right for you, you can cause more vision problems and severe headaches. Going to an eye doctor is very important because the doctor can let you know how your eyes develop as you grow. So it is necessary to visit your eye doctor regularly for check-ups, at least once every two years. People over the age 60 should see there eye doctor every year.
